◆2018年，轰动全国的涉案超762亿的“e租宝”诈骗、非法吸收公众存款案爆发。由于该案范围广、涉案人众、金额巨大、案件错综复杂等被中央领导重视，被社会广泛关注。作为中山市区域**被告陈某某的辩护人参与该案的辩护工作，并取得良好的辩护效果。

◆(2016)京73行初586号：成功代理“博爱”商标所有人诉国家商标总局商标撤销案。该案因“博爱”商标与河南省博爱县同名被申请撤销，并得到国家商标总局的支持。后代理“博爱”商标所有权人起诉国家商标总局，一审、二审全部胜诉，“博爱”商标失而复得。

◆ (2014)中中法刑二初字第26号：为广东省中山市女博士副镇长刘某某受贿案552万元案辩护。该案涉及中山市前某主要领导因涉案自杀等问题，案情更加复杂，被社会广泛关注。

◆2009年年末，因与广东某某灯饰集团相关的巨额支票不能兑付，并网传胜球老板在澳门赌场与山西煤老板赌博输了25亿元，引发众多持票人游行，堵塞中山市与江门市的通道外海大桥。后该案不断发酵，引发了一系列错综复杂的行政、刑事、民事案。作为某球集团的法律顾问，通过提供咨询、代理等合法手段，在成功处置系列案中发挥了重要作用。

◆ 2010年，成功代理北京某善美日用品有限公司被某美(中国)日用品有限公司诉不正当竞争索赔3000万元纠纷案；

◆ 2007年-2009年，成功代理90多岁台商许某某先生请求惠州市大亚湾区政府赔偿其投资购置的307亩工业用地没有交付案。台商许某某先生在1989年投资大亚湾，已付清相关款项，直到2007年委托本律师前，却没有见到土地，也没有得到相应的赔偿。

◆ 2007年-2009年，作为北京某善美日用品有限公司董事长廖某某等人损害公司信誉和商品声誉罪案**被告人廖某某的辩护人，无罪辩护成功，经两审审判，三名被告全部被判无罪。该案系因中央电视台等媒体报道的“五十六个死亡名单”而引发，**企业某美(中国)日用品有限公司作为受害人和控告人，被告人廖某某系马来西亚爱国华侨和北京市**企业家，因而该案被政府、媒体和公众广泛重视和关注。

◆ 2000年，参与处置了广东某横电镀厂管理人员殴打工人案。该案发生在中国加入世贸组织谈判的关键节点，舆论一片哗然，国内外媒体广泛报道(事发后，中央电视台新闻天天必报)。各级部门非常重视，中山市司法局迅速响应，指派董良启律师召集律师团队处理该案。经各方努力，打人者被绳之以法，劳资双方在本人见证下签订和解协议。该消息在中央电视台海外频道播出，中国政府处理该事件的效率和公平受到海内外的一致好评。

◆ 1999年，受法律援助中心指派为敬某某故意伤害(致死)案被告人敬广平提供法律援助。公诉人指控被告人敬某某故意将工友打死，并从十几楼上推下，在地下室将尸体纵火焚烧，被群众扭送时脱逃，5年之后被抓捕，犯罪性质恶劣，影响极大。在法庭上，作为敬广平的辩护人为其成功辩护，其被判无期徒刑。检察院对庭审过程全程录像，公诉人因该案的突出表现，被评为“岭南*佳公诉人”。

◆ (2021)粤20民终626号：

刘某某诉徐某等不当得利纠纷案件：董律师及团队成员代理上诉人刘某某，请求撤销一审判决并改判支持上诉人的全部诉讼请求。经过周密的庭前准备、激烈的庭审对抗，广东省中山市中级人民法院判决撤销广东省中山市**人民法院(2019)粤2071民初11405号民事判决，支持了上诉人刘某某的诉求；

◆ (2022)粤20刑终97号案：

董律师和团队成员巧妙使用刘某某诉徐某多件民案中徐某提交的抗辩证据，代理刘某某起诉徐某重婚案，获得两级法院支持，徐某被判处有期徒刑。属于刑民交叉案件中的典型案例。

◆ (2020)粤0111民初34625号：

广州某顺家具有限公司、广州市某昊建筑劳务有限公司等买卖合同纠纷，董律师及团队代理原告广州某顺家具有限公司，请求被告支付货款及利息。广州市白云区法院

◆ (2020)粤0104民初40141号案：

In 2018, the nationwide "e租宝" fraud and illegal absorption of public deposits case involving over 76.2 billion yuan broke out. Due to its wide scope, large number of involved people, huge amount, and complicated circumstances, the case attracted the attention of central leaders and the society. As the defender of Chen, the first defendant in the Zhongshan area, he participated in the defense of the case and achieved good defense results. Ø

(2016)京73行初586号：Successfully represented the owner of the "Bo'ai" trademark in suing the State Trademark Office for trademark revocation. The case involved the application for revocation of the "Bo'ai" trademark because it had the same name as Bo'ai County in Henan Province, which was supported by the State Trademark Office. Later, he represented the owner of the "Bo'ai" trademark in suing the State Trademark Office, and won both the first and second trials, and the "Bo'ai" trademark was recovered. Ø

(2014)中中法刑二初字第26号： Defended Liu, a female Ph.D. and deputy mayor of Zhongshan City, in a 5.52 million yuan bribery case. The case involved the suicide of a former major leader in Zhongshan due to involvement in the case, making the case more complicated and attracting widespread social attention. Ø

At the end of 2009, due to the failure of a huge amount of checks related to Guangdong XX Lighting Group, and rumors that the boss of Shengqiu lost 2.5 billion yuan in gambling with Shanxi coal bosses in Macau casinos, many check holders held a demonstration, blocking the Waihai Bridge, a passage between Zhongshan and Jiangmen. Later, the case continued to ferment, triggering a series of complicated administrative, criminal, and civil cases. As the legal counsel of XX Group, he played an important role in successfully handling the series of cases through legal means such as providing consultation and agency services. Ø

In 2010, successfully represented Beijing XX Shanmei Daily Necessities Co., Ltd. in a dispute over unfair competition sued by XX (China) Daily Necessities Co., Ltd. with a claim of 30 million yuan. Ø

From 2007 to 2009, successfully represented Mr. Xu, a 90-year-old Taiwan businessman, in a case requesting the Huizhou Daya Bay District Government to compensate for the failure to deliver 307 mu of industrial land he invested in and purchased. Mr. Xu invested in Daya Bay in 1989 and had paid all relevant fees, but he did not see the land or receive corresponding compensation until he entrusted this lawyer in 2007. Ø

From 2007 to 2009, as the defender of Liao, the first defendant in the case of damaging the company's reputation and commodity reputation involving Liao, the chairman of Beijing XX Shanmei Daily Necessities Co., Ltd., he successfully defended for innocence. After two trials, all three defendants were acquitted. The case was triggered by the "56 death list" reported by CCTV and other media. A well-known enterprise, XX (China) Daily Necessities Co., Ltd., was the victim and accuser, and the defendant Liao was a patriotic overseas Chinese from Malaysia and a famous entrepreneur in Beijing, so the case was widely valued and concerned by the government, media, and the public. Ø

In 2000, participated in handling the case of management personnel of Guangdong XX Heng Electroplating Factory assaulting workers. The case occurred at a critical node of China's WTO accession negotiations, causing an uproar in public opinion and being widely reported by domestic and foreign media (after the incident, CCTV news reported it every day). All levels of departments attached great importance to it, and the Zhongshan Judicial Bureau responded quickly, assigning lawyer Dong Liangqi to convene a lawyer team to handle the case. Through the efforts of all parties, the attackers were brought to justice, and the labor and management parties signed a settlement agreement under his witness. The news was broadcast on CCTV's overseas channel, and the efficiency and fairness of the Chinese government in handling the incident were highly praised at home and abroad. Ø

In 1999, appointed by the Legal Aid Center to provide legal aid to Jing, the defendant in the case of intentional injury (resulting in death) by Jing. The prosecutor accused the defendant Jing of intentionally killing his workmate, pushing him down from the tenth floor, and setting fire to the body in the basement. He escaped when being detained by the masses and was arrested five years later. The nature of the crime was heinous and had a great impact. In court, as Jing's defender, he successfully defended, and Jing was sentenced to life imprisonment. The procuratorate videotaped the entire trial process, and the prosecutor was awarded "the Best Prosecutor in Lingnan" for his outstanding performance in this case.

(2014)中中法刑二初字第26号: Case of Liu v. Xu and others for unjust enrichment: Lawyer Dong and his team represented the appellant Liu, requesting the revocation of the first-instance judgment and a retrial to support all the appellant's claims. After careful pre-trial preparation and fierce court confrontation, the Intermediate People's Court of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, ruled to revoke the civil judgment (2019) Yue 2071 Min Chu No. 11405 of the First People's Court of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, and supported the claims of the appellant Liu. Ø

 (2022)粤20刑终97号案: Lawyer Dong and his team skillfully used the defense evidence submitted by Xu in multiple civil cases of Liu v. Xu, represented Liu in suing Xu for bigamy, and won the support of both courts. Xu was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment. This is a typical case in criminal-civil cross cases. Ø

(2020)粤0111民初34625号: In the sales contract dispute between Guangzhou XX Shun Furniture Co., Ltd., Guangzhou XX Hao Construction Labor Service Co., Ltd., etc., Lawyer Dong and his team represented the plaintiff Guangzhou XX Shun Furniture Co., Ltd., requesting the defendant to pay the purchase price and interest. The Baiyun District Court of Guangzhou City ruled in support of the claim. Ø

(2020)粤0104民初40141号案: Diao sued Liang for the return of investment funds for the joint construction of a house on rural homestead. Faced with many existing unfavorable judgments for the party providing the homestead, Lawyer Dong and his team represented the defendant Liang Qingchang, found the particularity of the case, formulated a sound litigation strategy, changed the judge's usual thinking in court, and forced the plaintiff to withdraw the lawsuit.

 (2020)粤20民终2835号: In the dispute over confirming the validity of the company's resolution between Li, Yang and Guangdong XX Electric Co., Ltd., Lawyer Dong and his team represented Li and Yang, skillfully avoided the unfavorable condition of the statute of limitations, and won the support of both levels of people's courts, confirming that the company's liquidation resolution made many years ago was invalid.
