Ø Liu's dispute over liability for contracting negligence: In 2024, represented an individual in suing a company and other shareholders for refusing to recognize the individual's shareholder status despite investment. Sorted out over 800 transaction records, constructed a fund flow map, and turned a first-instance loss into a second-instance victory with all claims supported. Ø

Ø YA Company's dispute over construction engineering contract with a Hunan group company and others: Represented a door and window company in suing the construction company and its three tiers of controlling shareholders. When the controlling shareholders submitted audit reports in an attempt to avoid liability, pierced through the corporate veils layer by layer and carried out targeted litigation preservation. Eventually, won both the first and second trials, and helped the client recover all the money through execution.

Ø A hardware factory in Zhongshan sued Peng and Huang for a sales contract dispute. Huang and Peng are partners. During the transaction, orders were placed and accounts were checked in Huang's name.
